As an Administrative Assistant, Susana focuses on processing financial planning and annuity documents in addition to scheduling meetings for the team. She prides herself on providing support for both the practice and our clients.
Raised in Peabody, MA where she resides today, Susana graduated from Brown University and lived in Europe for five years. She worked in international sales for over 15 years, specializing in the Latin American and Portuguese markets.
Susana has worked at Baystate Financial since 2017, and enjoys traveling and exploring the world with her husband and two daughters.
